These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the conversational AI tools, SIP routing gateways, omnichannel contact center platforms, and telecommunications services provided by Rocketconnect.ai ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptable Use Policy & Telecom Pacing
To preserve our network reputation and maintain carrier routing efficiency, all clients must adhere to acceptable use rules:
- TCPA & DNC Scrubbing: Clients conducting outbound campaign communications must implement automated Do Not Call (DNC) list scrubs. Compliance under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is the sole responsibility of the client.
- Call Pacing Limits: Automated dialer strategies must respect carrier call pacing guidelines. Attempts to establish connection rates exceeding standard call-per-second (CPS) parameters established in your service plan may trigger rate limiting.
- Webhook Abuse: Integration hooks and database sync queries must be structured to prevent network bottlenecks. Frequent, unthrottled API loops that impact overall system latency are strictly prohibited.
2. Carrier Agreements & SIP Trunking Controls
Our infrastructure interfaces with global telecommunications carriers. Under our carrier agreements:
- Session Limits: Clients are allocated a specific volume of concurrent call sessions (CCS) based on their tier. Exceeding these thresholds may result in call rejection or fallback routing.
- Network Latency: While we optimize for ultra-low latency routing, packet delays caused by local ISPs or public network infrastructure are outside our immediate SLA parameters.
- CLI Verification: All outbound caller identification (CLI) must be verified and owned by the client in compliance with STIR/SHAKEN framework directives to avoid carrier blockages.
3. Privacy, HIPAA, & Business Associate Agreements (BAA)
Handling medical or financial interaction data requires strict compliance protocols:
- HIPAA Warranties: If client interactions involve Protected Health Information (PHI), client warrants that they will notify Rocketconnect.ai to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) prior to streaming or processing medical voice files.
- Data Scrubbing Verification: While our real-time transcription redaction algorithms scrub standard PII/PHI categories, clients remain responsible for configuring custom data masking rules matching their custom workflows.
- Call Recording Consent: Clients are solely responsible for ensuring proper voice recording consent notifications are played to callers in compliance with federal, state, and international wiretapping laws.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Disclaimers
We target professional, enterprise-grade availability standards:
- 99.99% Uptime Commitment: We commit to a 99.99% core routing uptime target for our cloud SIP trunks and AI orchestration nodes, excluding planned maintenance windows communicated 48 hours in advance.
- Network Fallbacks: In the event of localized carrier outages, our system automatically routes sessions through secondary gateways. We are not liable for slight audio quality degradations during network rerouting.
- Warranty Disclaimers: Except as explicitly detailed, our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketconnect.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our telephony network, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
